Immunologic:

• Symptoms:1-2°C rise of body temperature 1 or 2 hours after transfusion along with nausea, trembling and vomiting.

•                 Usually caused by an antibody reaction to blood donors' leukocyte or platelet antigens.

Nonimmunologic :

Infectious disease, transfusion Associated Circulatory Overload(TACO), low body temperature, bacterial contamination risk, hypocalcaemia
